Laboratory Beater（PFI Type）

This machine is basically an experimental beater widely used in the preparation stage of paper making. Beating mechanism: a constant load is given to the pulp circulating in between stainless steel roll and cylindrical mill house, which are rotating with a constant difference in circumferential velocity, applying mechanical effects such as shear and compression, thereby performing beating by frictional forces between fibers.

The number of rotations is read on the counter. The beating degree is evaluated by the freeness tester.

Principle: The metered pulp with a specified concentration is placed between the knife roller and the smooth beating cylinder. The knife roller and the beating cylinder rotate at different circumferential speeds. This acts on the pulp to achieve the purpose of beating.

Grinding mill site consists three main parts:

● Bowls mounted on the basis of

● Refining disc having a working surface for the blade 33 (rib)

●  Systems weight distribution arm, which provides the necessary pressure grinding.

●  Adjustable gap between flying knife and pulp tank wall;

● Three sets of standard beating pressure quantitative combination;

●  Manual cutter head working up and down, safe operation, convenient cleaning;

● Automatic control of revolution or time, high brightness digital display;

●  Rigid head, long Time is used, and the clearance is accurate. Cast base, smooth operation and no noise.

●  The distance between the flying knife and the slurry tank is displayed by a digital instrument, and the adjustment accuracy is 0.005mm
