Product Details

YT-PTS paper tableware stiffness tester is a specialized device for testing the mechanical properties of paper tableware. It is primarily used for testing the overall stiffness of paper plates of different shapes, as well as determining the bending resistance of disposable paper tableware such as paper knives, forks, and spoons. The instrument simulates the stress state of paper tableware during actual use, detecting the maximum force on the sample under specified speed and displacement conditions, providing data for evaluating the load-bearing capacity, stability, and product quality of paper tableware. This equipment is suitable for use by paper tableware manufacturers, quality inspection agencies, research institutes, and related testing laboratories.

●  The test positioning of paper dinner plates is simple. Users only need to measure the diameter of the dinner plate and then point the corresponding pointer to the diameter scale. There is no need for manual complicated calculations.

●  Cotex-M4 ARM processor and 24-bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter improve the response speed and sampling accuracy of the instrument.

●  Closed-loop servo stepper motor, ball screw, and dual optical axis guide ensure smooth operation and accurate positioning.

●  7-inch color touch display screen, real-time display of force-displacement curve.

●  Sudden power outage data saving function, the data before power outage is retained after power on and can continue testing.

●  Features of automatic reset, data memory, overload protection and fault self-diagnosis.

●  Test data supports U disk export.

●  Both the system and screen software support upgrades through the network or USB disk.

●  Supports multiple communication methods, online software (purchased separately) can communicate through WIFI or USB.

●  Test data supports uploading to the cloud server, and cooperates with the QMS paper quality management system (purchased separately) to monitor paper testing data in real time.
