On August 15, 2025, YANTE successfully held the "Core Operation Technology Training Conference for Interlayer Bond Strength Tester," aiming to enhance industry practitioners' technical mastery and application capabilities of this key testing equipment, and promote precise control and upgrading of paper packaging product quality.

Interlayer bond strength, as a core indicator measuring cardboard's resistance to delamination, directly determines the performance of multi-layer paper and cardboard in subsequent processing and end applications. This training deeply analyzed its importance: bond strength that is too low or unevenly distributed can easily cause flattening issues during offset printing using viscous inks; while excessively high strength unnecessarily increases processing difficulty and production costs. Therefore, accurately measuring and effectively controlling this parameter is crucial for the printing and packaging industry widely using materials like linerboard, whiteboard, greyboard, and white cardstock.

The training content combined depth with practicality. At the instrument understanding level, experts systematically analyzed the tester's precise components:

Core Testing Unit: Includes the impact rod and impact hammer for applying impact, the test seat for holding samples, the level bubble for ensuring measurement reference, and the baffle for positioning and protection.

Smart Interaction System: Integrates a touchscreen control interface, a printer supporting data output, a WiFi antenna for network transmission, universal communication interfaces, and convenient interfaces for a barcode scanner and USB drive, building an efficient data management ecosystem.

At the operation technology level, the training focused on the instrument's key functions for different testing needs—the selection and application of Grade A Gravity and Grade B Gravity modes. Through live demonstrations and interactive guidance, the instructor ensured trainees proficiently mastered the entire standardized process, from sample preparation, mode selection, and parameter setting to data reading, result analysis, and report generation.
